The Rotary Club of Downtown Lock Haven is a service club of neighbors and community leaders who have been creating positive change in Clinton County for more than 23 years. Signature projects include Flags of Honor (the club's largest annual fundraiser), the Angel Lights September 11 remembrance, Little Red Schoolhouse free community libraries, holiday gift bags for veterans, and three annual scholarships for Central Mountain High School seniors. The club meets every Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. (social time at 5:15) at the Poorman Gallery, 352 E. Water St., Lock Haven — guests are always welcome.
